Link was devastated. One of his best friends, Malon, was kidnapped.
Ingo and Talon were also crying next to him. Impa, Zelda, Nabooru, and
Darunia were all around him. "She's gone!" he cried, sobbing. "Link, have you
lost your mind! You're the Hero of Time. Go and save that girl." Zelda said.
"Your right, Zelda. I must save her." Link got up from the floor, wiping his
eyes. "Zelda and Darunia, please come with me. I may need your assistance."
"Sure thing, Brother!" Darunia said. The trio went outside to the ranch. Link
stood over the spot she had vanished from. "How are we supposed to get in?"
Link said. "I think the Sage of Light can help! Rauru, please open a passage
to where Malon is kept." Zelda replied. Yellow light appeared at that spot
and a hole appeared. They all jumped in.

When they landed, Link couldn't believe his eyes. They were inside a
Tower. They heard evil laughter coming from the top. They immediately started
up the stairs. After a few moments, a Poe appeared Link hit it with his sword
and it was gone. They continued until they came to a room. They saw another
stairway and went towards it. All of a sudden, bars came down and locked them
out. "Oh, man!" Link yelled. Then, they all heard a scratching coming from
the ceiling. Link looked up to see an old enemy, Queen Gohma, staring down at
the three. It dropped down and the battle begun. Gohma quickly thrashed Link
with her leg. Link crashed into the wall hard. "You'll pay for that, insect!"
Darunia screamed. He ran at her with the Megaton Hammer, but the giant spider
batted him away. It then looked at Princess Zelda. "Stay back, you filthy
spider!" she cried. Gohma advanced, unaffected. Then, Zelda shot a beam from
her hand, hitting the monster hard in the eye. It wailed in pain for a
second, then bounced right back up. It then ran hard at Zelda. Just before
Gohma was going to connect, Link shot a Light Arrow into her eye. Gohma
screamed in severe pain and collapsed. Darunia delivered the final blow with
the Megaton Hammer. Gohma wailed again, and collapsed on the floor. The body
then burned away. "Ick!" Zelda cried. "Don't worry, Zelda, it's dead." Link
said. "What was that?" Darunia asked. "It's a monster I defeated seven years
ago to try to save the Great Deku Tree. Apparently, it's stronger than it
used to be!" The bars on the door were gone, and they continued on their way.
